1. Services

I provide individual career coaching sessions, which may be booked as single sessions or as packages. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes. Sessions are scheduled as follows:

The first session (introductory call) is scheduled based on your availability.
Subsequent sessions are planned at the end of each coaching session.

During the coaching process, you may be assigned exercises or assignments which are part of the program. Active participation in these assignments is expected.

2. Booking and Payment

All sessions or packages must be paid in advance via iDeal.
Booking a session is confirmed once payment is received.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.
If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the full session fee will be charged.
No refunds are offered for completed sessions.

4. Responsibilities of the Client

You are expected to actively participate in the coaching process and complete any assigned exercises.
You should provide accurate information relevant to the coaching process.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will remain strictly confidential. Personal data will be handled according to the privacy policy of this website.

6. Limitation of Liability

Coaching sessions are provided for personal development purposes only.
I am not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the coaching sessions.
While I provide guidance and support, results cannot be guaranteed.

7. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this website.
